Step 1:

Copy & paste codes from Part 1 into your "About Me" (click shortcut) section & save changes.

Step 2:

Go to Customize Profile (click shortcut). In the pop up, click "Build My Own Theme".

Step 3:

Click "Add Background Image", then select "Type a URL".
Copy & paste codes from Part 2 in it and click done. Remember to check "Tile".
